i was never made a "race" tranny mount... seriously dan i saw that the mount made a difference.. of maybe .2 it's just that you lose a little weight shifting because the tranny is a lil stiffer.... i dont know if i explained it right but i know it works somewhat... if you cannot drive ur car then it will not work 
was it a solid trasnny mount?
