i figured out the clog I took the pcv valve out of the back of the block and most of the smoke went away right when I removed it.
My compression from 1 to 4 reads 85 85 90 95 at 9.5:1 compression. Sounds strange for a new motor right?
I would over look your stock PCV setup. Also, those compression numbers suck or you are doing it wrong.
