Ok, so here's the pictures I promised:





Now for the review.

It sucks!! With that said, I haven't given up on the idea of a hydraulic e-brake.

The e-brake does work and locks the rear brakes but requires a very firm pull on the lever and the top of the handle moves about 4-6 inches, maybe a lil more. It takes way more effort than I anticipated, and definitely more effort than the ones they have in WRC. I dont know if the cylinder is the wrong size, or it needs a booster or if the ones they use in WRC are maybe solenoid driven or assisted.

The unit I used is made by a company called CNC, and it is designed as a staging brake for drag cars.

Rhys Millen has an identical unit in his GTO though, but all the rally car units I've seen use a Girling style clutch master cylinder with a bracket and a lever actuating it.
