Might have to adjust the floats, you should have two sight plugs on the side of the bowls. They make nice clear ones also, just take out the plugs (unscrew) while pump is running and the fuel should be right at the base of the hole. A little bump on the fender and it should trickle out a bit. Now try it with the car running to make sure again. If its coming out the plug then you need to adjust the floats. Easy, the top screw adjusts the float up or down and the nut keeps it locked. Make sure gauge is good 7 to 7 1/2 is about max for a Holley, I ran 6 1/2 with a blue pump and made sure it never dropped below about 4 pounds in high gear.
