I asked the same question on H-T. They told me that a machine shop would have to do a little work, but I should use B-16 rods, if not aftermarkets. The B16 are stronger, but I'm sure the LS rods are stronger than D16 rods...

My next set-up will be a LS/B16 rod with a D16z6/aftermarket piston.
