Long tubes are they way to go for headers, there really isn't that much potential to a N/A 5.4. Nothing like a chevy, 5.3 Heads cam, exhaust 450 hp. Heads are rare on these and cams, well thats about 1 grand easy. Some claim that long tubes intake and chip will net you a good amount of power but ehhh... try
