watch some option videos. most of them have the in car feet cam. that will let you know exactly what you need to do for the most part.

i would use a clutch kick when the car needs a clutch kick. it's kind of hard to explain, and it depends on everything else. it depends on the setup of the car. a good car will get upset and lose traction if you couple a weight shift with a clutch kick. from there you control it all and make it happen, apply throttle as necessarry.
