It contains the 2-channel amplifer, mounting hardware, and wiring accessory pack. Rms power is 300 watts. It also has a remote bass control which I must say is very useful. Some more specs are as follows: Frequency Response- 20-20k, + 0, -1dB; Crossover- Active at 50-200Hz, High pass, low pass, or all pass, and 12dB/octave slope.
