Honestly, all of this I think has the makings of a great article in Down Shift. This is a subject area that many of us who are part of the import enthusiast community are interested.
If you ever want to do a story....I'm down, but warning, very dry information, although in the right hands, would make a kick-ass article. There are very few people that have actually researched the laws, and I am one of them, but Shawn Morris of RB Motoring is probably the MOST knowledgable.
