it will unlock power.. if i had the Sti i'd put on the exhaust then do the flash (and have them add a little boost while they are there)... definately worth it in my book.
all depeneds on how far your taking it..if your just going to do exhaust and flash it.. then go for it..if you have a list of parts thats going on in the next few months.. then put the exhaust on and wait for the other parts.. then flash it..
