That's funny, if this is at Moroso (it looks like it), I'm just out of the picture to the right, I remember that pretty clearly. I don't know if I'd be so quick to call late 90's old school though, it's only 2004 
Some friends and I were at a bunch of those Moroso import races. We were watching video's of the burnout contest at my house last year with Leko and we found him standing on the other side of the track filming too
This was years before we met.
