A LS Vetec @ 600hp is hightly unlikley to happen for $4000. Hes either lying or hes crazy person. why would u sell a motor like that for so little. Thats more then $30000 into the engine if its that fast. I would keep your GSR. Ask him for the dyno test on papers if your still going to get this.
