I need a decent shop that can do a QUALITY install of Up pipe and Down pipe on my 2004 wrx! Heres the catch..........I am on a budget , So I need the cheapest of the best! Most of the shops I've talked to want to charge for each pipe............If they are installing the up pipe they got to take off the down anyway so Why charge for both PLEASE HELP!
