Are you kidding? Why would you only run 15lb of boost when the motor is built? What's the point? Why would you want to see what kind of power it makes at 15psi when the motor is built to handle more? That's like I want to see what kind of power it'll make with 87 octane gasoline.....it just doesn't make any sense.
