thay are the same head like you stated the cams slight change the springs are rated 9Psi more but it does lie in the ecu also sense it is Obd and not preobd its like compairing b16 to b16a2 10more Hp cause of the ecu and cam Yet the b16 as slight higher compression to the b16a2
