Don't install the vafc, sell it & get your computer chipped or a chipped computer. Then have your vehicle tuned via uberdata or crome etc. You will be 10x happier.

If you insist on using the vafc, go to google.com and type apexi vafc install

The arp head studs, just follow the directions in the helms manual but use the ARP tq specs.

Are you de-installing your stock headbolts & installing the ARPs? Or are you just using the ARPS because you already have your head off ?
