Ok. New rules.. You have to be able to drive your car in the rain 100 miles w/out stopping on 75 at 20 mph over the posted speed limits with tunes blasting, ice cold AC, moving your power seats back and forth, running nothing over 100 octane, and tires no bigger than 28 inch slicks.
