With the Hasport kit axle alignment shouldn't be a problem. As long as you have the complete USDM harnerss, wiring should not be too bad, but I'm not sure about what it takes to make all of your dash funtions work properly. From what I've seen in pictures, you don't have to cut the firewall for the shift cables, I beleive there is a unit that bolts through your factory shift linkage hole and allows usage of your center console. You will have to have a custom header made, a quick search on Honda-Tech should give you the people making them. One thing I did see recently is a picture of a custom oil pan thats bottom and baffle angles have been changed to accomidate the angle difference of the motor. One of the major magazines recently had a complete swap outline but I can't remember which one, but I saw it recently so a trip to the Magazine racks should answer the rest of your questions.
