as for the big stick method, i've never seen or heard of that.
some friend used a 15 dollar torch from walmart and a hammer and some stuff in the garage to make a drift and heated it up and beat the old ones out. and used a buddys vise to press in the new ones.. they also did the subframe the same way.
but i'll tell you now, start saving up for the pillow ball mounts ones. i think we had 2 maybe 3 more guys that looked in to there tension rod mounts last week and found stress cracks form the poly u bushing.
