f4i is just a newer version of the f3 in the line of cbr 600s. A very good bike to learn on and a good bike in general. From looking at the pics the plastics are very salvagable. And the tank could look like new as well. I dunno where u are at but I am sure there is someone in your are that can fix it up. (for a reference, the tank and tail fixed and painted factory honda yellow should run around $400) As far as the forks, frame, eng, etc.... Have someone who has an f4i or an actual moto mechanic take a test ride on it. They should tell differences. The subframe and forks are typical areas that get damaged in a wreck. If you feel the bike pulling one way or another when u ride, take a good look at the forks. Also look at the rear of the bike and see if the tip of the tail looks like its not centered with the rest of the bike. That would most likely be a bent subframe.
