Yeah...doing the whole turbo motor swap is actually the easiest way of achieving what you want. And you can get a whole motor w/turbo and tranny for like 200-400 bucks. Here's a great writeup from the hybridz.org guys:

P.S. Running 14 PSI on the stock motor might be tough, only because the ECU is really nit picky. It's possible, but you really need someone who can tune the ECU and has been doing so for years. The best way to do it would be to go aftermarket management...but then you're really talking some money. Hope this helps.
