Bad, bad night for the Z...

I ran a total of three people tonight.

I took a beat down from all three. hard.

First race. DONT SLEEP. From a dig, like I promised. Three honks, and we hit it. I spin through first hard. Sideways through 2nd to redline. and bark third hard. He's ahead by two cars by the time I catch traction around 3500, in third. I reel him in, but it's too late. He slows down around 90mph, and it's over. He was out by a good car length...

ugh...

So the mustang and I try it. third gear roll. he gets the hit because of turbo lag. I get boost, and he maintains a whole car length by mid fourth. I just can't reel him in.

insane civic. We finally get a good roll. Top of third, I get a good jump because of his lag. My boost just wont hold, and 15 psi isnt' enough for his turbo, by early fourth he is at least one car length ahead.... he lets out, and so do I.


Bad..... bad night, for the Z.

It's time for a new turbo, and megasquirt.
