I had a HUGE problem getting my stuff chromed, most places won't chrome aluminum. I found a guy, who knew a guy down in Miami who did it for me. It came out GREAT, though there are a few pits in the intake manifold b/c the casting of it is just crap. Chrome is nice b/c you get a smudge, you just wipe it off! 
Ya i do alot of wiping especially after people touch all the polished aluminum and tell me how nice it is after they put their fingerprints all over it. Good idea on the chrome.
