for those of you that are not Emergency Medical trained, it is when a medic/emt takes a 4x4 gauze pad folds it twice and puts the folded corner on the blood coming out of the ear or nose and then the brain matter will drift away from the center away from the blood creating a HALO......
the brain matter will form the halo on the gauze? i was talkin with frances at the QS&L meet right after the big wreck happened and she mentioned when brain matter is present, most are considered DOA.
