I had a HotShot before but the ceramic coating started to chip off and it pushed my catback into the rear beam. My Nismo has no interference issues and is stainless to boot. So yeah, I guess you do get what you pay for. 
I just checked out the Stillin header, its seems to be the closest to Nismo you can get and includes the downpipe for $422.00. I think I know which one to get. Im going to call them up to make sure that the header has 2 holes for the 2 o2 sensors. If they do, then thats what I'm going with.
