If you dont know how to wet sand paint I would not recomend doing it. I worked in a body shop for 2 yrs. and it deff. takes some skill to get it right.
IDK about the skill part, wetsanding has pretty much nothing to it, sand till all the orangepeel is gone and then buff w/ some rubbing compound and glaze, I've had friends/my gf wetsand before and never ran into a problem, just watch out for the edges and you'll be fine. Also, I would start off with either 1000 or 1500, its gonna take forever with 2K.
