Raise hell till they do. Its not a computer alignment thing, its a drive it, adust it, drive it, repeat till correct thing.

so the car drives straight, just the steering wheel is crooked. when i got my car back after i got into an accident, my steering wheel was the same way. i took it back to them and 15 minutes later it was fixed. doesnt sound like alignment to me.
