The computer only tells them if the tires are properly aligned, not if they are aligned with the steering wheel.
What they need to do is properly adjust the left and right ball joint to make the wheel straight when driving straight.
Raise hell till they do. Its not a computer alignment thing, its a drive it, adust it, drive it, repeat till correct thing.

so the car drives straight, just the steering wheel is crooked. when i got my car back after i got into an accident, my steering wheel was the same way. i took it back to them and 15 minutes later it was fixed. doesnt sound like alignment to me.
