Thats probably one of the custom canadian speedsters(forgot the company name) they run on 2 1000cc motorcycle engines. They also hold the record for fastest 0-60 of any production car. They are insanely fucking awesome!

Atleast, thats what I think, they probably custom made them , but they are EXACTLY like the canadian ones.
