Sounds like the Kerry campaign in here with all of these rule changes to fit ones needs.
You should include something about the car actually having to run, busted and torn down cars should be out until running.
And since some of the "Big Dawgs" don't run at the track how are we to know any of this ?
I will have to post my sub 10.49 timeslip to put myself in the club.
