If you go with aftermarket suspension arms it can . Just lowering the car will not .
I would forgo the normal shock/spring setup and go with a coilover setup . Something like a Tein HE for a more track/drift oriented setup or a Tein Basic for street/looks occasional track/drift usage .
A 8/6 setup would be about optimum for a daily driven as well as drifted FC3S . You could do 10/8 on the street but it would be insanely harsh and you would be more likely to blow out a dampner .
Depending on what your going to be doing with the car i'd also recomend Mazdaspeed Diff mounts and Rear toe eliminators for the FC3S's stock active toe arrangement in the rear . It will make the car much more predictable at higher speeds .
