So as i mentioned before, i am getting a new ride to accomodate the room i'll need for my "business" well my business idea is this. i have been brushing up on my cooking (not that i was too far off) and have decided i am gonna try an idea i have had for about a year now. i'm getting a power converter and a mini fridge for my ride, andthe idea goes like this.

people (anything from a couple to a catering type gimmick) call and tell me what they will want (i'll have a menu) and i would pick up the food that i need, go to their house take all my own pots pans, and utensils, cook serve clean up and leave....this provides a much more private atmosphere than any restraunt, and (in my not so humble opinion) better tasting food. once i get this up and running and get all the kinks worked out it stands a good chance that this could fund my return to tampa where i would set up the same thing, once i got a good grasp on how to make it work effeciently. so what do you guys think? good idea, bad idea, any good thoughts on a name for it?? any and all comments are welcome.


I just thought it a good idea since...
1: i love to cook
2: general concensus is that i am good at it
3: minimal overhead cost to start
4: it stands to reason that it could be quite lucrative, if done properly.
