bay city clutches does that... They reuse the stock disc, but use a new surface and respring it... They have what they call a stage one, which is a stock clutch, re-padded with a metallic/organic material, that is actually pretty good.... a friend of mine got a stage 4 which was a 4 puck unsprung disk with a carbon metallic surface, and it is still fine after 3 years of hard use....

yeah if you're talking about bay city you wont get scammed and they do good work there my pressure plate was all messed up the metal strapt that hold the disc to the plate were all broken and they rebuilt it an almost 2 years later it still works great
