bay city clutches does that... They reuse the stock disc, but use a new surface and respring it... They have what they call a stage one, which is a stock clutch, re-padded with a metallic/organic material, that is actually pretty good.... a friend of mine got a stage 4 which was a 4 puck unsprung disk with a carbon metallic surface, and it is still fine after 3 years of hard use....
