Haha, now? It's been like that for 5 years. I remember back in the day when ricers didn't exist. We would sit on the beach on St. Pete side all night long and race right there on Gandy Blvd, not even on the Bridge and the cops never bothered us. I think that was 1993-95. Holy shit I'm getting old.
