tires in motion are harder to break loose than tires at stand still, if i took a 5 inch roll that you claim which was more, i wouldnt have spun at all. And if it wouldnt have made a difference why did you do it in the first place. I claimed the loss because i chased you, but I dont see hoe you can say it was an accident
