Not true.... We met up at a spot off of Gandy, and agreed for a run at another location.... I told them to meet me at shell so I could use the restroom and grab something to drink.... As Im walking out, I see them pass by, so I head down the bridge looking for them and dont see them, so after a little time passes, I got to CCIS... I see them there and ask for my run, but apparently he wasted too much gas, so he only wanted to run for money, after I told him countless times, I had none... Sounds like someone was tryin to take the easy way out to me... But oh well... I will catch him one day when he does have gas, and it will be on video.... BTW, what happened to our acceleration test??? Let me guess, you thought I was joking??? 
I was there when they decided to go run but i dont know what happened because i went somewhere else. So im a witness.......they did agree to run. No clue what happened after that.
