Of course porting will give you power, pending on what type of porting you have and for whats it for.

Post what you have and some dyno numbers..

I would like to comment on what you said about how Levi feels porting is no good.

I do not know you " Rotary 7" nor do I know if you have ever met Levi, but I have met Levi many times and he always told me porting is the only way to make REAL power numbers with a rotary.
He was the reason I did port my engine, but I didn't listen to the details he said about porting, the good side and bad side of the process.

I just wanted big HP numbers. I am sure the car is faster top end, no doubt its a new engine and ported. But I often wonder what stock would have pulled with the hybrid turbo setup. I can say the car is slower if I take off @ a normal RPM like 1500. But pull out the hole @ 6000 rpm and the fuckin tires ignite and start smoking.

Question For you ported engine guys.

Did you notice your temp went up or down after the porting?

I guess this would depend if your last engine was good and running and not ported..

Did you keep stock radiator after porting?

My stock port always ran very low like 1/4, now its running almost 1/2 which is fine, but that must be because I am running so much of the time over 4000 rpm to get the power I want to feel, and the water pump flaw is causing a hotter than normal system.

Piano prodigy, I think I met you once @ 1320 me and my friend went down to hang with Levi and his freinds. Are you the black guy with the T78 that Levi tuned and got it from 14s to 11s that night?
