It is funny that everytime a new model comes out they release it only to have problems. I guess the rule of dont buy anything the first year it is made still stands true. I'm sure you've fabbed things before, owning a turbo honda. I don't know about you, but I usually don't get things exactly right the first time when I'm making a simple bracket or something out metal, let alone designing and producing complex parts that make up an entire vehicle. If the recall on the trannies took this long, its probably something that 90% of the owners won't experience, but they still have to avoid warranty work and possible lawsuits.
