Ok my brother Civic doesn't have an rpm cluster, I want to get the glowing panel for the car but they don't make the ones with the rpm cluster for the 95 Civic.

I saw a truck the other day that had an rpm gauge mounted on top of where the air conditioning is like apart from the actual panel, i want to find the apart gauge for the civic to mount it on top of in front where the steering wheel is so i can just buy the regular glowing panel with out the rpm cluster and just have an apart rpm gauge cluster.

PS Is it possible, where can I find it?
