all you need to do is connect your power wire to a 12 volt source like your radio fuse, ground your ground wire to a good ground like the body\chasis preferably with no paint between, connect your sender wire to whatever the guage is for. example oil pressure guage sender goes to the oil pressure switch (guage sholud come with its own pressure switch)oil pressure switch is at the back of the block, then if youwant you could tie the wire for the lights into the power wire, only thing is that the lights will be on all the time as soon as power is applied to the guage if thats not a problem you are good to go. if you do not want the lights to be on all the time you could tap into fuse or fuse wire that goes to the park lights in the fuse box so only when the park and or head light is on the lights for your guages would come on.
