Kid belongs in jail for atleast 20 years. Assault and battery with intent to kill, vandelism, indecent exposure with small pecker = life in jail. This is where you say "Wheres a cop when you need one?"

Oh noes a leak. That will be contained and skimmed, I highly doubt it will be a major issue for the beaches. Red Tide likely does more to damage our beaches then oil.
