400 is a good price,very fair for the labour.If you would like to learn more 1st hand knowledge I would just dyi if you have the tools or consult another mr2 owner who might do it or even help you. I did mine along with the trans and ended up just pulling the whole motor,very easy with help from someone whos done it several times.
