I have faith man, as long as you do not rev to 9k everytime you drive, you will have a strong motor set up, dont know if it will be 200whp, definitely will need to be tuned. Hondata will get you closer to the 200whp goal. The Vafc will do fine, as long as you have a adjustable FPR, along with the 310's. The Vafc works better at leaning out fuel rather than adding fuel. I think it will be a very nice street motor. Good luck with what ever you finish.
P.S. I would personally take off the wing and sell those rims, drop more money into the build, ride on stock Si wheels if you still got them. That is just me though.
