To be honest, it doesnt bother me at all. I can understand from the whole insurance stand point and what not. Though its not liek this happens at every event. I doubt you will ever see any drifting at brooksville due to its lay out.
Though as one person said, it wouldnt be bad idea to let some drifters go out before you guys lay out the cones and let them knock all the grass down
And as a course worker, I wouldbnt be worried that much most drifts at events are way low speed. Id be more worried about a novice. Closest call ive ever had was at Gainsville when the yellow rx7 got way to tail happy when i taking pics and slide towards me. When I was at primus shooting for DDay2, I never ahd any close calls such as that.
Though it all depends on the skill of the driver.
