But because of those states they scrapped the concept. i know here in AZ they give you some ytax breaks and other perks for having electric and alternate fuel cars/suvs. The Alternate Fuel cars are everywhere out here. Weird seeing a Cadillac Escalade with Propane tanks and hook ups.
