yea man, nitrous is so expensive scott. maybe that is why you didnt run an expensive nitrous kit, when you can run an inexpensive turbo kit..... shrug. i have talked to ronnie and kurt urban personally and the builder says he has well over 100,000 dollars in that cheap turbo car, not counting the cost of the car. maybe he should have gone to see Sam

as for ronnie duke leaving a ton in the car...well i dont know about that. sure it was a full interior car, but far from leaving everything. that cars raceweight was 3600 lbs - but remember it is a convertable with a full cage, wheelie bars, outragous intercooler system (that mimics the ford boys). also he ran those numbers with two power adders, so i dont know about not pushing it as hard as he could. 20-22 psi through a C5r motor = a LOT of cfm. i doubt he could have pushed it 30 psi through those heads and sheetmetal intake. if he could, he would and wouldnt have sprayed it. god that cat had more money than god in his car and quarter of a million dollar tow rig/semi.
