It's supercharged w/ a lot of nitrous. Btw Ross, this is Bradley from school. Timmy was the one that told me he got a brand new Ferrari. Anyway, just from this website and the internet I've read that his blue Viper makes at leat 1300hp (as said in HCI magazine when they featured his car) He lives right up the street from the me and I work at the Kash n K right next to his house so it's really cool to see his car every once in a while. You definately have to see it up close to appreciate how clean it really is. He doesn't seem like a really approachable guy so I've never talked to him about his car. This guy I met at work that drives a red MKIV Supra said he used to do business with him. Anyway, go to this website
