I will never accept, too stubborn even IF I was wrong. Bring on the 2000 Cobra R v. an r34 gtr. Even if the skyline is faster, it's barely faster.

Mustangs are about being all around sports cars. If I need a sports car to compare to a skyline I'll go with my second favorite manufactuer, GM. Know of any GM's that will hand a gtr its ass in stock trim .. I can think of a good one.

both the mustang and GTR are built to be all around grand touring (GT) sports cars.we've already beat each other up over the cobra VS GTR so I'm not going to open old wounds.

Yes, your right. Fact is, stock C5 will beat stock R33 GTR and I suppose R32, R34 as well. But start modding and I'd want the GTR, but this is mostly personal preference. Both the C5 and GTR are 2 of my favorite "must have" cars of all time. Pitting the two against each other would be a bloody battle from hell!! (GTR will win though )
