Well nobodys gonna give you a step by step Rich.

Drain the trans before you remove it otherwise you will have a huge mess.

After you remove the clips and nuts use a hammer to loosen the ball joints. Just hit it really hard a few times it should pop up. Then you can remove the axles easier.

Use 10w-30 or Honda Manual Transmission Fluid for the trans. DO NOT USE GEAR OIL.

You can use a broom stick instead of a clutch alignment tool to line up the clutch disc. You can also use an input shaft if you have one laying around.

Those are about the only tips I can remember. Its a pretty easy job.
