Actually you do have to have the new joints pressed in, I found out the hard way. Also, dont drop the steering knucle further than the ABS sensor will let you, the inboard knuckle of the cv joint tends to pop out (also found ouy the hard way). Props to mike's driveline shop...rebuilt the axels in an hour!
